Women's Bootcamps - East Auckland

Many of us (myself included) have spent 2020 working out alone so I am organising a Women’s Outdoor Bootcamp and a Friday Mixed Class!
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am and Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm I will be running a bootcamp at the Panmure Basin. The classes will ideally be 10-15 people. Due to requests, the Friday Class is a mixed class (men and women welcome).

**LOCATION: We are located but it is at the field at the Ireland Road entrance (160a Ireland Road) to the Panmure Basin.

The price is $10 per person. You can bring cash to the class or reserve a spot through the link. Please note that you must reserve a spot by getting in contact with me or by following the ticket link. Spaces are limited.

The workouts will be customisable to you with a mixture of low weight, high intensity and bodyweight exercises. I will give alternative exercises so that you can work to your ability. All in all, it will be nice to work out with people for the first time in a while! Plus the weather has been good so it would be nice to take advantage of it.

Please note that I am not a qualified personal trainer but my husband is and I will run the workouts past him beforehand. I love exercising and after going through my own health and fitness journey including weight loss and MANY injury recoveries, I am passionate about helping other women with their journeys too!
