Yoga is a balancing tool, sustaining physical and mental wellbeing and fostering focus and resilience. Regular yoga practice helps an actor build a deep awareness of how their body and their mind integrate.
Daneil uses the movements, postures and dynamic breath work of yoga to develop and enhance your presence and prepare you for the demands of performance in film and theatre
