2-Day Intensive Singing Workshop with Jane Horder and Gemma Lee

Find your singing voice, fast-track your music reading skills, explore jazz-inspired repertoire, and sing/perform in a vocal ensemble! Presented by Jane Horder and Gemma Lee, this 2-Day Intensive Singing Workshop is suitable for singers aged 16-25 but all applications will be considered.

Tutor Bios:

Jane Horder is a performer, vocal coach, singing teacher, and musical director. She has taught for over 30 years within Performing Arts with extensive experience in secondary school environments in Drama, Music and in Choral programmes. In 2020, she was the vocal director for AMICI Production of ‘Mary Poppins’ and will be returning to AMICI to be the vocal director for their upcoming concert version of 'Chess The Musical'.

Gemma Lee is a collaborative pianist with a Master of Music with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland. Gemma has been involved in education projects with New Zealand's leading performing arts organisations, including the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, NZ Opera, and Chamber Music New Zealand. She was a staff accompanist at The University of Auckland School of Music in and currently teaches piano at two Auckland high schools.
