We're very excited to host a brand new Workshop for the local community; an Introduction Workshop to Ayurveda, with Kanuka teacher, Luisa.
This will be an interactive workshop where you explore the foundations of the elements, the doshas, the primary principle and key concepts in Ayurveda. Discovering how these concepts and practices may serve your daily routines.
