The Craft of Acting – exploring and developing acting craft in scene and monologue study with Jennifer Ward-Lealand Te Atamira–one of New Zealand’s most accomplished actors, directors and teachers.

There are two spaces left for non-participating observers (cost: $20), who will learn just as much as the 10 participants.

Brief Outline of Course:
This course will be in the form of a master class where participants are directing in scenes or monologues. There will be a strong emphasis on developing acting craft: including objectives, timing, rhythms, pace, new ideas and use of the breath and how these techniques serve the greater goal – that of elevating the play. Download a registration form from the HLT website.
