Rose City Aikido presents the opportunity for teenagers to learn Aikido over Term 1!
Aikido is a self-defence with a focus on how to keep yourself safe while also growing your confidence and fitness.
This course is specifically tailored to teenagers aged 11-16 years.
Located at the Palmerston North Community Leisure Centre, starting Wednesday 9 February at 4pm and taking place every Wednesday until 13 April.
