The new and improved Ecstatic Dance, now run by the Alchemic Dance Floor team in Orewa (Kimberley Jade, Martha Slimm & Shane Butler) on the Quarter Moons!
Quarter Moons can be just as powerful to bring in and let go of energy - so lets harness and use this!
The next quarter moon is on 3rd September and is coming into the full moon.
Coming into Full Moon = Action.
Ecstatic Dance is a Wave Dance. It starts slow & melodic, builds to an ecstatic peak and comes back.
This is therapeutic for the body, releases blockages and allows you to go through a journey and process.
Abandon yourself to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes you, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.
This Alchemic Dance Floor we have DJ Kimba Jade! Founder of Alchemic Dance Floor and lover of Ecstatic Dance! She loves to bring in all her experience and areas of her being to create a unique Dance to move and transform you!

What to Bring:
- Socks or slippers to dance in, the floor can get cold!
- Yoga Matt if you fancy and/or cushion and blanket to keep warm.
- Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself.
- Warm clothes to put on afterwards.
- A friend! Nothing better than letting loose in good company.
Ecstatic Dance is a Drug & Alcohol Free Space.
- Please, no talking on the dance floor
- No phones/ cameras are allowed
- Respect the Space (which includes no Shoes, Booze, Phones, Perfumes, and each other's Space)
About DJ Kimba Jade:
DJ, Teacher and Lightworker - Kimba Jade takes people on a journey via melodic music that moves both bodies and hearts. Her vibronic alchemical Ecstatic Dance sets explore many genres and infuse oriental, tribal and ethnic tunes with her love of all things deep and bassy.

Kimba Jade has been DJing Ecstatic Dance events for over six years. Merging all areas of her being into her events, Kimba Jade has a special gift of encouraging transformation through movement.

Kimba also teaches DJ Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Training and her passion is to keep the authenticity of Ecstatic Dance and train as many as possible to lead and hold space.
