An Indian High Tea - An Anglo-Indian version of the British High Tea, reminiscent of the British Raj. Learn to make four nutritious recipes that can be a snack or a meal to suit your palate. Recipes include:
- Thavala Adai
- Paneer panch phoran skewers
- Ragda pattice
- Mango Kulfi/Falooda
- Masala Chai
