Ann Braunsteiner presents 'SLAP!'

'SLAP!' is a deliberate expression of street art, employing bold movements with slapstick collage and text as graphic elements. The unsanctioned nature of street art represents the pushback and rebellion against the politics of a given time and the blank utility of our built environment. It aspires to inject life and energy through colour into our surrounds. Here it is expressed in a gallery setting but its heart is on the street.

The exhibition runs from the 12 August to 10 September.
