Make art that surprises and inspires these school holidays.

Art making will be split over two session times:

Session 1
10.45 am to 11.30 am

Session 2
11.45 am to 12.30 pm

Week 2 Activities:

Tues 26: Something Hiding
Combine playdough with bits and pieces to give the feel of something hiding at the rock pools or under ground.

Wed 27: Stitch A Story
Use fabric, pastel and stitching to construct and decorate a simple bag that tells the story of your whānau.

Thu 28: Painted Journey
Imagine a mythical creature transporting you on a journey to a faraway place. Bring your dream simurg, phoenix or taniwha to life through paint.

Fri 29: Tae Wakamāpuna
Experiment with dye, napkins and nylon to create a colourful floating illusion.
