I have been drawn to visual arts since childhood and have enjoyed working creatively in various mediums including watercolour painting, oil painting, ceramic art, printmaking, sculpture, and photography. Having now spent over half of my life in New Zealand after arriving from my homeland Japan, I am particularly inspired by the beauty of New Zealand’s natural landscapes and plants.
