Explore the outer reaches of the Universe and the inner worlds of your mind in an evening of guided meditation under the Planetarium star dome, led by Jan Rivers of Mindfulness Works. Then browse the Space Place galleries while listening to live ambient sound from Thomas Arbor, gaze at celestial bodies through our telescope, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Have your tarot or astrology chart read by our in-house practitioners, and soothe your system with herbal preparations. A night of astral exploration for body, mind and spirit.
This event is part of Takurua Hauora: Winter Wellness, a series of events promoting health and wellbeing aligned with the concept of Te Whare Tapa Whā.
