Big Jokes at Little High is back and better than ever as part of Little High's 5th birthday celebrations!
We've dropped the price, and brought in some big guns from Auckland to do our part in wishing our favourite eatery a happy 5th anniversary!
Your headliner is Joe Daymond, one of the biggest names in comedy in this country and fast on his way to being a international superstar. This kid sold out Sky City Theatre... twice... and is the youngest comic to do it. That's a big deal. So is having Comedy Central jump on board the bandwagon and offer Joe a show. He was also on Celebrity Treasure Island... which is not as bigger deal as Comedy Central, but pretty dope.
He also appears in his very own podcast and webseries, SHXT TALK with Joe Daymond which is available on iTunes, YouTube and Spotify and has already featured the likes of Phil Wang, Art Green & Matilda Rice, Jamie Curry, Guy Williams and many more.
We cannot stress this enough, getting Joe to come down for this thing is a big get. Don't be the one who misses out.
We really want to make this a big night though, so we're dragging down the biggest legend in NZ comedy, Brendhan Lovegrove.
With an arm's length list of awards, he has entertained sold-out crowds for well over a decade within New Zealand, Australia, Asia and UK.
Brendhan's manic physical presence combined with a sureness of delivery and material that can be described as verging on the psychotic side of human nature, has delighted and frightened audiences throughout New Zealand.
Brendhan has appeared on numerous local television programmes including all 8 series of Pulp Comedy TV, the last series of which he hosted. He stars in TVNZ's mockumentary 'A Night At The Classic' Season 1 and 2; as well as several appearances on TV3's 7 Days.
These two titans of comedy will be joined by your host for the night, 4x winner of Best MC in Chch, Snap.
As well as Scottish Wellingtonian Ryan McGhee, and Christchurch legend Georgie Sivier.
