Come along to our exciting event organised by sexual harm prevention charity Brave and UBX Ormiston gym! We are all about feeling empowered, fit and strong so we've created an event that incorporates both self-defense and fitness. It will be a safe place where we can learn and have fun doing so!
The schedule is:
10.15am - Arrive
10.30am to 12.30pm - Self defence class run by experienced instructors from SAFE Self Defence
12.30pm to 1.15pm - Lunch and kōrero
1.15pm to 2pm - UBX fitness class run by UBX gym coaches.
Tickets are $20 tickets which will go towards kai and non-alcoholic drinks. Tickets are limited so please get in quick!
The event is open to anyone over the age of 13, as well as females, males and non-binary.
