Breathwork and Sound Bath Healing Journey

We will begin with an introductory talk followed by some gentle movements to prepare our body for the breathing exercises. After setting an intention we will journey together on a sacred and calming breathing practice to balance our system.

We will then begin a conscious and connected breath session where we will delve deeper into the true essence of ourselves.

This will be a deep breathe where your senses will be bathed in s a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses breath and sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.
