Experience the full potential of your breath!

This is an event designed to help you up-level, clear your subconscious of what's holding you back and help you tap into your intuition. This specific breathing technique is the key - we all know how to breath but do you know how to use your breath to it's full advantage?

During this 3 hour ceremony, you'll learn how to do the conscious connected breathwork technique, ways to support yourself through the breathwork journey and a full 60min breathwork journey with space for integration and sharing about your experience at the end, if you want to share. You'll leave with more tools to support you in your day to day life and a profound experience.

After the last few wild years, this is a practice to support your nervous system reset.

This event is open to everyone over 18 years old, all identities welcome.

Meet your facilitator: Loren Honey. She is a fully trained breathwork practitioner (Trained by Clarity Breathwork which teaches the rebirthing style of breathwork) and has facilitated breathwork for thousands of people over the last 5 years both locally and internationally. Loren is also a life coach and mentor, yin yoga teacher, published author and menstrual cycle educator. It's important to her to hold a space that is grounded, brave, enjoyable and trauma informed.

Q: What can I expect?
A: There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed

Q: I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?
A: Email or message Loren to let her know what these are and she’ll let you know if she can offer adjustments so you can attend, a 1:1 private session is more suitable or if it’s not the right time for you
