Business Women's Network (BWN) Speaker Series 2022

Be inspired, empowered and uplifted at the BWN Speaker Series. Our mission is to connect Bay of Plenty women in business with other businesswomen, with a view to build a community of people all looking to make positive change.

Our 2022 event theme: Breaking Boundaries. Breaking Boundaries is about women who refuse to accept the limits – we call them the ‘game changers’.

These women are causing a disruption in their industry by challenging the status quo, by refusing to accept ‘that’s the way we have always done it’ and by thinking global, while living local.

But, as they say, nothing worth doing comes easy. These women have done it tough, overcoming personal and/or professional adversity along their journey to get to where they are today.

For every curveball, for every time they’ve been told ‘no’ and every setback along the way, these women have emerged stronger for the experience, and they share with us their story of resilience and reinvention.
