Ceviche - Fresh local fish marinated in lime juice with coriander and passionfruit.

Taco de birria - ‘Premium Game’ wild goat braised in a broth of Mexican chillies and spices.

Fish taco ‘baja style’ - Lightly battered fresh fish fillets, citrus slaw, and chipotle mayo.

Zucchini blossom and mushroom tacos - ‘Golden Mile’ Zucchini flower and Marlborough grown mushroom with guajillo chilli.
