Especially for the over 60's, this class is part of the Community Strength and Balance project/ ACC Fall Prevention programme. Joint health is where good mobility and flexibility starts in the body. Excellent for arthiritis & osteoporosis, you will learn easy ways to looking your joints and improve their mobility through the practice of Chair Yoga.
Postures are done from seated, followed by standing postures holding on to a chair to improve balance.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
