The Changing Lives workshop is an approx four-hour workshop focusing on building resilience and supporting mental wellbeing.

Registration is by koha (donation). During the four hours, we will cover a number of topics related to how to support our resilience and cope with stress by using psychological tools & lifestyle behaviours.

You will be provided with a workbook, receive a free mini-book to take home and also will be provided with a snack or light lunch during the workshop, depending on the timing.

Depending on numbers - I will hold one or two workshops on the 29th or 30th of October 2022. The venue/s will be confirmed closer to the time.

Here’s what others have said about similar workshops:

“Do it - there is no way you will regret it in any way. You will come out with a greater sense of self and a deeper understanding of how to fully experience your life.”

“Really great overall package touching on different aspects of your mental health and wellbeing.”

“I am truly better off for doing this course”

“It has opened my eyes to the fact we can do so much with so little. We don’t need fancy anything we need to feel the human experience fully.”

WHAT’S IN THE WORKSHOP:

- A four-hour workshop emphasising mental well-being from a registered clinical nurse specialist and life coach.

- A holistic approach to mental well-being - what else we can do to support ourselves to be well.

- The short and long-term impact of stress - and how to buffer yourself on a day-to-day basis

- The why behind mindfulness and visualisation; how to use this to support well-being

- The three essential pillars of mental health and well-being - what are they and why do they matter?

- Psychological tips, techniques and tools to help soothe your mind and stay on track

- Planning and creating your best possible future. Research-based techniques to get to where you want to

Registration is by koha (donation) - you must register to attend.
