This might seem an impossible dream to some of us.
But, with the help of some profound but surprisingly simple meditations, we can set off on this very beautiful inner journey, and discover a whole new world and way of being.
Birgit, our resident teacher, has just returned from the NKT Summer Festival in the UK where she had the chance to explore these ideas in depth.
In this day course she will share some of the teachings and key meditations on the mind and emptiness that will help us all make progress on what really is the voyage of a lifetime.
