Cooking: Singapore Nyonya Food

Love scrumptious Nyonya or Peranakan food? Combining Chinese, Malay and other influences, come and discover how to make your own Nyonya cuisine. Some communal ingredients supplied, a list of other ingredients will be sent out before the course starts (approx cost $25-30).

Create some classic mouth-watering and flavourful Nyonya dishes. Come and discover how to blend ingredients with distinct spices and cooking techniques. You can easily replicate these dishes at home.

Please bring an apron, dish cloth, sharp knife, tea towels and containers to take food home.
