Dazzle, puzzle and mesmerise through Brahmaviharas presented by Professor Pio

Meditative environments seek to compassionately nudge individuals towards enhanced engagement in developing interdependence to diffuse oppressive structures. Through the four Brahmaviharas (love, compassion, empathy, equipoise), drawn from Theravada Buddhist Pali literature, and their intertwining with parables, contemporary concepts in diversity management will be considered. This catalyst session will encourage the exploration of self to unfold thoughts, feelings and actions to be of service in our fragile world.
