Downtown Musicals - Sondheim Melodies

Join Hamilton Operatic Society on the 1st Tuesday of the month at Nivara Lounge to get your monthly musical theatre fix and support local performers!

The 'Downtown Musicals' nights aim to provide a platform for up-and-coming theatre performers to get experience performing in front of audiences, as well as those wishing to try something new or who maybe haven't performed in some time. There will be a mixture of solos, duets and trios.

Each night performers will pick their songs based on the month's theme. The theme for November is 'Sondheim' melodies in honour of it being 1 year since Sondheim's passing. Performers will choose songs from Sondheim's catalogue of musicals.

- Doors open at 7 pm with performances starting at 7.30 pm.

- Performers will be announced on our social media accounts in the lead-up to the night.

- Note: Attendees and performers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
