Eating for Women's Wellbeing is a 5-week course that specifically focuses on what, how, when and why to eat that will support gut health, immunity, hormone balance, energy and general wellbeing. Whilst this course is specifically aimed at women, everything can be applied at home to improve the health and wellbeing of all family members. By the end of the course, you will know what nutrients and food are required for health & wellbeing and what are not, you will have tips on how to manage emotional eating, be able to plan your weekly menu, know how to shop for the right foods and know how much and what to put on your plate.
