Exhibition: Handshake 6 - MORPH

Northart is excited to host the group exhibition 'MORPH' from 30 August - 7 October 2022, with an opening on Saturday 27 August, 2pm – 4pm.

MORPH represents the final body of work created by the twelve participants of Handshake 6: Mia Straka, Nikki Perry, Fran Leitch, Jack Hadley, Simon Swale, Susan Videler, Antonia Boyle, Aphra Cheesman, Amelia Rothwell, Macarena Bernal, Nina Van Duijnhoven and Michelle Wilkinson.

A creative mentoring programme, Handshake has for over ten years connected emerging jewellery practitioners from Aotearoa New Zealand with a mentor to help develop their creative practice over a two-year period.

MORPH refers to transformation, this exhibition seeks to demonstrate that quality through the development of each participant’s practice that came together with both the engagement of the mentors and each other.
