Join tutor Jie Pang on for a masterclass of China’s Sichuan flavours.

Originally from Chengdu China, Jie Pang will teach you how to shape and cook BaoBuns with two fillings, a slow cooked Pork Belly and Deep-fried Bang Bang Chicken, before demonstrating how to finish with the deep-fried sesame rice balls.

This three-hour hands-on workshop will showcase the depth of flavours of China’s most popular cuisine and leave your mouth watering for more. Thankfully your new-found skills and take home recipe book ensures tasty bao buns will be firmly part of your repertoire.

Ticket price includes three hour workshop, dinner, glass of wine, recipe booklet to take home, and two take-home bao buns.
