It has been a challenging two years with the pandemic: people are full of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, uncertainty.
What we need is tools and resources to be able to navigate these unpredictable outer circumstances.
We need to be able to transform stress, anxiety, uncertainty into calm & relaxation.
Qi Gong & meditation are those tools & resources.
Qi Gong (pronounce: chi kung) is an ancient gentle movement practice which is easy to learn, easy to follow and enjoyable to do.
To lead our best lives, we need to move out of the turbulence and connect with an inner state of feeling grounded, calm, peaceful, at ease and joyful. That quite inner space is always there, we only need to know how to get in touch with it and rest there.
