The course starts on Monday 27 June 2022 and runs over two consecutive Monday evenings 7 - 9pm.
Food styling is an art form between chefs and foodies around the world. When the plate touches the table, its presentation has the ability to transmit a delectable impression on the diner. This class will teach you the basics of plating homemade meals to restaurant quality. Add the wow factor to your dishes (and to your food photos!). Your course fee includes an ingredients charge as there is a strong practical component to this course.
