The Loft presents... the Sunday FREE-SPIRIT FESTIVAL.

This weekly social event, hosted by The Loft, has something for everyone! For the deep thinkers and spiritual seekers - you'll be captivated by the incredible guest speakers that share their enlightening teachings on topics like karma, reincarnation, and meditation. For the music lovers - you won't find a better way to end the week than by vibing out to our live mantra beats. And for the foodies - there's no way you won't love the incredible vegetarian/vegan feast we serve up!

Festival starts at 5pm (price increase after 5.30pm).

Got extra time on your hands? Come in earlier at 4pm and join us for a FREE 45min yoga session. Just the perfect way to warm up the body before a deserving feast! All levels welcome. Mat hire at extra cost.
