Making new friends in your 20s and 30s can be pretty challenging and quite daunting.
About this event - If you want an easy, non-committal way of meeting new people then come along to a Tables Friends event where you’ll join five others for dinner. Find yourself with a group of people who are also looking for friends.
How does it work? Table Friends hosts six attendees at a Ponsonby, Auckland restaurant.
We'll meet you there, help you settle in with a complimentary drink* and then we'll leave it up to you to make conversation with like-minded people - who may turn into friends.
No dinner is the same, no conversation is repeated.
Does the idea of meeting five random strangers scare you? Lean into the fear! You can't make friends if you don't try new things.

ABOUT TABLE FRIENDS - Mission: making friendship easy.
We're launching this new event as a way to bring people together IRL.
It can be pretty daunting putting yourself out there as a friend in your 20s and 30s - friend groups are already set in place, you've moved on from past friends or you're in a completely new city.
Table Friends facilitates friendships in a non-committal way with dinner as the center piece - food and conversation will flow.
