Funk on the Water is a small, geeky beer festival that celebrates the wild side of NZ beer on the 23rd of October (labour weekend).
We have brought together heaps of small and hard to find producers from around the country (and some of the bigger ones too!) for a day of funky beer on the sunny Wellington waterfront. Chat to brewers, eat some delicious food from Taco Addicts and learn about barrel aged programs.
We're pouring rare, barrel aged, sour and wild beers and ciders from:
8 Wired, Brood Fermentation, Cell Division, Concept, Craftwork, Deep Creek, Elemental Cider, Emporium, Garage Project Wild Workshop, Hallertau, Maiden, McLeod's, Nine Barnyard Owls, North End, Peckhams Cider, Sunshine, Tiamana, West Cider, Wild & Woolly, Wilderness & more!
A standard Funk on the Water ticket includes:
- Admission to the inaugural Funk on the Water festival, October 23rd
- Branded festival glass (that's actually made of GLASS)
- Token card with TEN tasters to get you started (valued at $40)
