A kaleidoscope of music styles from flamenco to jazz
El Barrio is delighted to host the Julie Bevan Trio at this year's Wellington Jazz Festival.
This session will feature a sneak peek of some recently recorded music and tracks from Julie’s critically acclaimed album Kaleidoscope featuring flamenco, jazz, Kiwi and Brazilian music styles. Julie has a long-standing connection with Brazil, its unique music and original styles inspire Julie’s multicultural compositions. Many of the tracks on this album were composed and recorded in Brazil and Julie is currently working towards a follow up album.
