Enjoy classic movies on a giant outdoor movie screen, surrounded by the stunning geothermal wonders, native wildlife and atmospheric environment of Waimangu Volcanic Valley.

Your evening starts at the Waimangu Local Store and Cafe, where there'll be great dinner specials, drinks and snacks available to purchase. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and a licensed bar.

Walk down through the geothermal valley to the outdoor movie location at Cathedral Rocks, overlooking the steaming Frying Pan Lake. Settle in with your seating to watch the movie on a huge outdoor movie screen surrounded by the geothermal wonders of Waimangu Volcanic Valley.

Then embark on a walk after dark to see the volcanic valley at night. Continue on to meet the bus ready to return you back to the top of the hill at the Waimangu Visitor Centre.
