Learn to Knit

Learn to knit with our very experienced tutor in this 6 week class! The first night will cover practising some basic stitches, as well as discussion on suitable patterns or projects for a beginner to try. Alison will provide advice, so students can then bring their own wool and patterns to start in Week 2.

We'll provide some basic equipment for Week 1, then students will bring their own wool and patterns for Week 2 onwards - come to the first night to talk with our tutor Alison about what you should buy! (Please note: bargain-priced wool can often be found in op shops).

Materials provided. The cost is $80 for the 6 week course. If you have a Community Services Card, the fee is reduced by 50% to $40. If the class is full but you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email Nicola at dunedinwea@gmail.com
