LUMA

Sadly, the time has come for us to switch off LUMA22. The team at LUMA have made the difficult decision to cancel LUMA22 due to the ongoing uncertainty around events held under the COVID-19 Protection Framework red light setting plus financial risk to future LUMA events.

Over the last few months we have been exploring all of our options regarding funding, risk management, forecasting, and seeking advice from our Trustees and supporters.

We are hugely grateful to everyone who continues to support LUMA. All current ticket holders can login to their Ticket Fairy account HERE, and head to My Tickets - Orders to request a 100% refund within 30 days, and all refunds not claimed by the 10th of April 2022 will be donated to the LUMA Light Festival Charitable Trust. Service fees are non-refundable in line with Ticket Fairy's T&Cs.

We know that this will have an impact on our Queenstown community at a time when businesses and community are already struggling with the effects of a global pandemic. We still hope to have some different opportunities to resist the darkness over winter. Watch this space.
