If so, join us for a cocktail evening unlike any other.... We've put together an evening of sensory indulgence during which we'll demonstrate how to create unique libations that highlight the special qualities of perhaps one of the world's most unique rums; Lunatic & Lover.

Your guides on this foray into these new and unexpected taste territories will be our very own Chief Alchemist and lead distiller, Matt Bridge accompanied by the respected hospo industry legend Shaanah Evans. Throughout the evening, these two highly experienced professionals will illuminate some of the intricacies involved in creating our special rum as well as taking you by the hand and leading you in conjuring up a selection of three cocktails using each of our signature rums.

In addition to the drinks you'll make for yourself, there'll be another delicious offering for you on arrival as well as some sustenance along the way to keep you lucid enough to remember all the newly found knowledge you'll be absorbing.
