Melting Pot

Stirring together genres, styles and cultures to create something unique, refreshing and thought provoking. Melting Pot is a short-works showcase of works created by Freshmans Dance Crew and a number of pieces from guest choreographers, musicians, designers and spoken word artists. This show merges hip hop / street dance, contemporary dance, physical theatre, haka and pacific movement with a soundtrack of chart toppers, throwbacks and originals that will bring an energy like no other. Performance includes local Waitara rangatahi performing live on stage!
