Join Motivating Mums for family fun workouts in the sun at Caroline Bay (near the ferris wheel) for Alzheimers South Canterbury "Move For Dementia" campaign which encourages the community to get active for the month of September or setting a physical challenge as a workplace, team, family or individual.

Bring a picnic lunch and blanket and make a day of it. Theres nothing better for your health than fresh air and exercise for the whole family.

Donate to Alzheimers South Canterbury on the day to participate and receive a ticket for some awesome spot prizes.

Motivating mums are supporting this organisation to raise awareness about Dementia and funds to help Alzheimers South Canterbury to continue to provide education, care and support for those who are living with Dementia in South Canterbury.
