The NZ Merino Shears is the first compulsory round of the PGG Wrightson/Vetmed National Open Shearing Circuit that begins in Alexandra. We will have Open and Senior shearing, NZ Merino teams event and Open, Senior, Junior and Novice Woolhandling events. This year we celebrate 50 years of the McSkimming Memorial Triple Crown Trophy.
