FRIENDSHIPS: To have good friends, our girls need to know how to BE good friends. They also need to know how to set boundaries, why boundaries are important, how to resolve friendship issues and how to make new friends.
EMOTIONS: Emotions can be our allies, if we know how to navigate them. Having strategies to flip negative thoughts into positive ones, how to build resilience, and how to set and achieve goals will set your girl on the path to happiness and success.
