Palmerston North Religious Diversity Day: Care of the Earth

Edwards Pit Park will be the scene of a historic event on August 14th as Palmerston North celebrates, with a Religious Diversity Day, the richness that our varied faith communities bring to the City.

The occasion is being marked by a ceremonial planting and blessing of native species at Pit Park by representatives of our City’s faith communities. Please come and join in to add 300 plants to Palmerston North’s unique wetland restoration.
