Pilates is a form of exercise that works on strengthening the body, with an emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility and also focuses on the mind-body connection. This is a safe, effective, low-impact, whole-body workout that is suitable for all fitness levels & exercise experience.
BEGINNER
If you are beginner or if it has been a while since your last regular training, or if you have conditions that may require modifying exercises, please BOOK AN INTRO CLASS. Addresses the basic positions, and good for assessing movement and strength.
Available in Motueka and Takaka and by telehealth appointments.
