POP UP Community Contemporary Dance Workshop

Love to dance but never been to a dance workshop before?
Or
Love to dance but always find yourself at the back of the class?
We’re on the lookout for people who have a passion for dance!
This pop-up free workshop is to help Cindy create ideas for an all-Asian cast contemporary community dance show.

We're looking for people who:
Identify as Asian/ Asian descent!
Open to all ages 10 - 70+
Lives in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland)

If you're:
- The shy dancer always at the back of the studio dance class.
- The parents who love to dance but never get's the chance to go to a dance class.
- The sporty kids, the taekwondo oppa’s, the gym goers who think contemporary dance is something fun but never thought they’d try it out.
- The tiktokers who want to try something new, that slaps!
- The older generations that were taught dance was just for fun, but what makes them really happy is to dance!
- The grandparents that go to Taichi and want to try something new.
I want anyone who wants to give dance a go to come!
Because Dance is for everyone.

If you're feeling shy and not quite sure, why not ask a friend to come along to the workshop!
Come to either the:

Saturday 23rd July at 10:30am- 11:30am
Sunday 24th July at 2:30pm- 3:30pm
Location: Kete Aronui, 80 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga

Parking at the back.
Wear comfortable clothes to move around and bring a water bottle.
