Poquito is proud to present our first open poetry showcase.

Hosted by Lucy Anderson, this slam offers a fresh platform for new and existing poets to practise original material.
The night will be divided into two halves, with an acoustic interlude by local singer-songwriter Dylan Frater, and a quickfire haiku competition - open to all attendees.

Poets, register your interest and book your spots via the Poquito Facebook messenger or get in contact via the event https://fb.me/e/2ukOzDyDq

We ask participants to keep their material between 1 - 7 minutes, or mention to the hosts if they need a little more time.

This event will serve as both an open mic for poets and a mixing space for artists looking to collaborate on future events.

We would love to make this slam a frequent feature on the Poquito events calendar!
Come dip your toes in some creative culture, and get your Sunday slam and dram on.

Free entry. Drink specials. Tapas. Coffee. Candlelight.
