Puketāpapa Manu Aute Kite Day 2022

Puketāpapa Local Board brings Matariki celebrations to the top of Mt Roskill / Pukewīwī with a spectacular day of kite flying on Sunday 26th June 2022.

You can enjoy performances, games, workshops and activities. Bring your own kite to fly, or watch some of the large scale kites on display.

There will be no parking on the summit. A shuttle will operate throughout the day to transport people up and down the Maunga.

Thank you to the Tupuna Maunga Authority for allowing the event to take place on this beautiful maunga.
