Being Me, is an opportunity to come home through dance, ritual and community. Come home to being more, in Qoya there are no levels, you are sovereign to your own body and experience you can move and dance as much or as little as you wish.

All bodies welcome R16, Mothers with non-mobile babes welcome also, this is typically transformational work and is not suitable for children.

There is one gifted space in this class, please reach out.

Wellesley Studios at Red Light - Wellesley Studios classes will go ahead at the Red Light setting in NZ’s traffic light Covid-19 Protection Framework.

Anyone attending or teaching a class or entering the facilities must have a valid “My Vaccine Pass”. These will be sighted and/or scanned by Wellesley Studio management, IndepenDANCE Co-ordinator, or your tutor upon entering.
At ‘Red Light’, class numbers have been restricted in all studios and will not be exceeded.
Studio 2 – 25 People

At ‘Red Light’, appropriate physical distancing will be maintained in the studio (at least 1m between each person).
Masks are mandatory in common areas including bathrooms and changing rooms but not necessary during class.
To meet contact tracing requirements, we ask that all hirers sign in at reception prior to entering the studio.
To meet contact tracing requirements, all participants need to be registered with your teacher to attend class.
Hand sanitiser dispensers are located throughout the building and all class participants must follow hand sanitising protocols.
To reduce contact in all common areas, participants will be asked to come ready for class and use of the changing rooms will be restricted as much as possible to only the toilet facilities.
There will be no shower usage under ‘Red and Orange Light’.
Cough and sneeze etiquette must be followed, tissues disposed of in provided bins straight away and sanitiser used or hands washed.
Anyone feeling unwell, even with the mildest of symptoms, please stay at home and do not attend class.
The studio will be frequently wiped down and thoroughly cleaned after each class for increased health and safety measures.
