Seniors Dance Classes

Dance classes to keep seniors active and enjoying life! For 60 years and older. An enjoyable way to stay active using easy-to-learn movement based on contemporary dance. Builds balance and coordination, keeps joints mobile and strengthens muscles. Taught by a professional dance teacher.

New classes in Henderson with Christina Houghton an experienced choreographer and dance artist starting on 28 July.

Thursdays: 10:00 to 11:00am. $10 per class. ($7 CSC) pay by term.
