This short course will take you through the fundamentals of meditation and share some of the techniques and exercises that will enable you to establish a successful practice of your own. The course instructor is Jogyata Dallas who spent many years learning meditation from the late spiritual master Sri Chinmoy and has a wealth of practical experience to share.

The structured course will progress through introductory exercises to quieten the mind, to heart meditation, the use of mantras, the four primary branches of yoga and their specifics, and a look at some key lifestyle recommendations regarding nutrition, exercise and other positives supporting meditation.
