One of Wellingtons most successful and well known photographers, Simon Woolf, is exhibiting at Petone’s seaside art gallery in a joint exhibition with Eastbourne Watercolour artist, Alan Collins. Simon has a huge love of the outdoors, and is totally passionate about Wellington. Very much a people person, Simon thrives on interaction with personalities from all walks of life and this shows through in photographs. He will be present all day during the opening of the exhibition, Saturday 29th Oct to chat with visitors and talk about his exhibition. He enjoys meeting challenges, sharing his knowledge and abilities with others, while having fun with photography at the same time.
The exhibition will feature Limited Edition Fine Art Images in both Black and White and Colour as well as a selection of one off originals in Black and White.
Simon Woolf’s exhibition also launches the new gallery space dedicated to Photography which will be named the Wellington Photography Gallery. This upstairs gallery space is a beautiful large room with plenty of natural light provided by a large arched front window with magnificent harbour views.
